They provide a more fluid and natural range of motion than a conventional dumbbell and thanks to their soft DOP Free PVC shell, the risk of damage or injury in case of dropping has been hugely decreased. The soft weights also promote the development of functional grip strength with every usage. These balls feature a 12cm Diameter and are constructed from a DOP Free PVC Shell filled with sand and available in 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5kg.
